Mianyang three bridge retrofitting

Project overview

The Fujiang third bridge in Mianyang is located in the lower reaches of Hongqiao, 1.41 km in the east of Hongqiao. The main bridge is flying swallow type non thrust middle bearing concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge. The main hole span is 46m + 202m + 46m, the lead bridge is a simple supported plate girder bridge with 16m + 9 x 25m, and the total length of the bridge is 544.2m. The deck is 4 x 3.75m (Lane) plus 2 x 3.0m (non motorized lane and sidewalk), the main bridge is 26.2m wide and the approach bridge width is 22.5m. Design load standard: steam 20, hanging 100, the bridge was built in 1998.
