Project overview

This project is the 1~6 floor of the office building of Zhengzhou department store. The office building consists of six floors, the 1~3 layer is the concrete frame structure of the cast-in-place reinforcement, and the four to six layers are brick concrete structure. 1~3 layers with high commercial podium, four ~ six layers are 3.6 meters high.

The scope of this reinforcement is 1~6 storey office building, the demolition of 4~6 layer structure concrete replacement frame structure, and the construction of office buildings and commercial podium connecting part, the original 1~3 storey frame beam strengthened by bonded steel plate.

Structural strengthening materials

1.Steel plate - Q345B;

2.High strength structural adhesive (epoxy resin), the shear strength is larger than 15Mpa, the tensile strength is more than 30Mpa, the compressive strength is more than 65Mpa
