The main reinforcement methods of civil buildings?

There are a variety of ways to reinforce building, but mainly from two aspects, one is retrofitting to the damaged and the other is up to a certain resistance to abuse such as seismic retrofitting

First, the foundation reinforcement:

(2) Epoxy bonded steel plate: applies to the serious lack of capacity when the cross-section, and does not allow to increase the cross-section reinforcement.



Third, the wall reinforcement:


(1) Mortar surface reinforcement: suitable for carrying capacity of similar static reinforcement and seismic reinforcement.


(2) Reinforced mesh mortar surface reinforcement: suitable for static reinforcement and high strength seismic reinforcement.


(3) Reinforcement of reinforced concrete wall: apply to a larger increase of static reinforcement and seismic reinforcement.



Fourth, the beam strengthening:


(1) Steel jacketing, epoxy bonded steel plate reinforcement.


(2) The use of carbon fiber fabric, carbon fiber reinforced polymer laminate(CFRP laminate/strip/plate).


(3) The use of increased cross-section reinforcement.



Fifth, the slab reinforcement:

(2) The use of carbon fiber fabric, carbon fiber reinforced polymer laminate(CFRP laminate/strip/plate).



Six, the balcony strengthening:


(1) Steel jacketing, epoxy bonded steel plate reinforcement.


(2) The use of carbon fiber fabric, carbon fiber reinforced polymer laminate(CFRP laminate/strip/plate).



Seven, anchoring anchor:


Suitable for adding new columns, add more wall, new floor and hole sealing.



Eight, curtain wall strengthening
